Ty Gay Seminar Both Sessions

Come spend two hours on the mat with Ty Gay! Ty uses a  systemic approach to controls, submissions, and understanding the bio-mechanics that is accessible to new and experienced grapplers!

Session 1 (10a-12p) will be NoGi focused with an emphasis on positional controls, connections, and submissions. 

Session 2 (1p-3p) will be Gi focused with an emphasis on controls, strategies, and submission chains!
